SunBeam West Haven Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services to residential and commercial clients in West Haven, CT and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.
Estimates and Quotes
We provide free estimates for all projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We'll always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. While we work hard to meet these timelines, weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We'll keep you informed of any changes to your project schedule.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that utilities are properly marked before we begin work. You're responsible for moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, and other items from the work area. We'll protect your property during the project, but we're not responsible for unmarked utilities or obstacles.
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The warranty period and coverage details are outlined in your project contract. This warranty doesn't cover damage from improper use, extreme weather events, or lack of maintenance. Normal settling and minor surface cracks are typical in concrete work and are not covered.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials, labor, and preparation already completed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work.
